Q: Helen, these are difficult times with rates changing very frequently. As part of the WS service you receive, how do you think they’re helping you?

A: The support has been invaluable, particularly over the last few weeks. As you mentioned, rates are changing very quickly, and we often get very little notice from lenders. This means handling a lot of applications in a very short space of time.

The support we receive from the power planners at WIS helps us manage all our back-office systems and the compliance side of things. This allows us to focus on speaking with our clients. We’ve been spending most of the day on phone calls, so having that support behind the scenes has really been invaluable.

Q: Is there anything else WS does for you that helps your business?

A: Yes, lots. They’ve helped us build our website and supported our social media campaigns as well. That side of things has been incredibly helpful.
